Its really not a big deal to make this type of effect. While reading the title of this article, you must be thinking what is it, but its really easy to give your photos a different look in less then 3 min. In my previous tutorial about Changing Eye Color i said 5min, but its easier then that. Final Result will be something like this...

Step 1
First create a Rounded Rectangle box as below. This will be the base of photo. You can color this box as you want. I used white color.

Step 2
Now right click on image and goto blending options, (or press F7 to open layers window and double click on Rounded Rectangle Box layer to open Blending Options). Then select the outer glow as i set in the image below.

Step 3
Now paste any image on it, you image will look like below with outer glow and image on it.

Step 4
Now write the name of the image or anything else on the empty space we left above.
